V svetu, kjer se zdi, da smo videli že vse, je treba zares izstopati. To je uspelo 30-letni Katji iz Batumija v Gruziji, ki sicer dela kot zobozdravnica, v prostem času pa ustvarja – pozor! – užitne šopke.

Če ste si ob besedi »šopek« predstavljali vrtnice ali potonike, je čas za miselni preobrat. Katja namreč namesto cvetja aranžira piščančje krače, čips, suši in celo burgerje. Da, prav ste prebrali.

»Izdelujem najbolj bizarne užitne šopke na svetu,« pravi samozavestno. Med sestavinami so piščančje krače, morske dobrote, suši in čips, v enem primeru pa celo mini burgerji z ocvrtim krompirčkom. Romantika? Odvisno od tega, kako zelo imate radi hitro hrano.

Kombinacija estetike in kalorij

Ideja se je rodila povsem spontano po poroki prijateljice, kjer je Katja prvič pomislila, da bi klasični poročni šopek lahko dobil bolj hrustljavo različico. Eden od njenih posnetkov je kmalu postal viralen; zbral je več kot 460.000 všečkov in več kot sto tisoč komentarjev. Internet očitno obožuje kombinacijo estetike in kalorij.

Sprva je svoje kreacije podarjala prijateljem ob rojstnih dnevih in drugih priložnostih, danes pa so njeni aranžmaji prava senzacija na družbenih omrežjih. »Vsak šopek vsebuje delček moje ljubezni, osebnega sloga in nenavadnih sestavin,« pravi. In res – če dobiš šopek iz ocvrtega piščanca, si ga zagotovo zapomniš.

Odzivi obdarovancev? Segajo od šoka in smeha do navdušenja in objemov. Težko ostaneš ravnodušen, ko ti nekdo namesto rož podari večerjo v celofanu. Priznati je treba, da Katja poleg drznih idej obvlada tudi tehniko aranžiranja.

Sestavine so skrbno razporejene, ovitki elegantni, celotna podoba pa presenetljivo estetska. Če bi obstajala cvetličarska nagrada za »najbolj masten« šopek, bi bila zagotovo glavna favoritka. Cvetje ovene, piščanec pa … no, izgine še hitreje.
